This home is city center, so you are close to everything! Before entering the house, you will see the Hot tub and an expansive dining and entertaining area on the back patio. Your group will LOVE every second at home.
A couple of things to note: There is a max of 8 people allowed to stay here; if you plan on having guests, let us know, our neighbors are sensitive, and we do not want the city bylaw coming by.
Pets are allowed by request ONLY, and there is a pet fee that will assist with the extra time needed to clean the home for future guests. There is NO smoking or shoes in the house, and ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES.
Finally, there are only two vehicles allowed (we cannot accommodate boats, RVs, and Motorhomes). There is no on-street parking, and we will give you a parking diagram before your stay; you MUST follow it, or you will be towed.
