Additional Rules & Cancellation

Additional rules: While our location offers breathtaking beauty, it’s crucial to be mindful of our duplex setup, with neighbors and a tenant in the basement. Kindly consider parking and using the shared driveway responsibly. Designated parking is available at the top right of the building, near the C can and beside the garage. Recycling and composting bins are provided for your convenience. Please clean up after your pets, and feel free to make use of the dog beds provided in the downstairs closet.

Taking into consideration of future guests we request that you do not let your animals lounge on the furniture or beds. Enjoy leisure time with our collection of games, puzzles, and books. We kindly request no parties and no smoking indoors. Wishing you a delightful stay!

ATTENTION!! For all the boyz & galz and their toyz, we have the space for your parking! Two spots for trucks and trailers plus three additional spots for vehicles. Bring your sleds, quads, bikes, boats and other toys and enjoy your vacation!!

Beautiful view from the front patio overlooking Swan Lake and the city lights. Relaxed environment with numerous activities close by. Silver Star offers winter/summer activities for the whole family. Beautiful lakes/beaches, boating, fishing. Explore the valley while touring the vineyards and sampling the best Okanagan wines.

This is a self-check-in so that the guests will be emailed a welcome book one week before check-in and your hosts will be available if you need anything. Please note: there is a basement suite and there are long-term renters in there.

Quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood. Dead end street that leads to the Grey Canal Hiking trail which provides a great place to walk the dog, family stroll or a short hike. Breathtaking views so take your camera!

Butcher Boys grocery/liquor store 5 min away. Silver Star Mountain is 20 minutes. Kalamalka and Okanagan lakes are a short drive to the beaches/ boat launches. Lots of smaller boating/ fishing lakes in the area. Scenic and relaxing river tubing 30 minutes away.

The basement suite and the suite above the garage are occupied and they have shared access to the fenced backyard. Something else to note, the basement suite has a small friendly French bulldog and she has use of the backyard as well.
